Watch: 2016 Funded Researcher Van M. Ta Park, PhD, MPH
Van Ta Park, Associate Professor at San Jose State University’s Department of Health Science & Recreation, was awarded a $150,000 research grant by the Alzheimer’s Association. Bill Fisher, CEO of the Northern California and Northern Nevada, presented the check at San Jose State on February 19th. Dr. Ta Park will study whether culturally tailored support programs might reduce stress among Vietnamese caregivers. She discusses her work in this short video.
